COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Policy and commitment of AYIA MARINA SUITES, is to provide our guests with services that fully meet our clients’ and other interested parties’requirements, comply with current legislative and regulatory requirements, and at the same time help protect public health and safety.

In this framework, and with the full support of our Management, we have developed and are implementing specific Hygienic Procedures and Action Plans, which are continuously reviewed according to the most recent epidemiological data and are adjusted to the current Health Protocols.

In particular:

• We have developed an Action Plan comprising of preventive measures and specific protocols for each one of our Departments, as well as a special Plan for handling potential cases of suspected infection, faithfully adhering to the relevant plan of the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY).
• We have appointed a Lead Coordinator and aResponsible Personforhandling potential cases of suspected infectionaccordingly, andto administer the above plans.
• We have ensured support by the doctors of the “Polygyros Hospital”for the handling of any suspected infection case in line with the EODY guidelines.
• We plan and control our activities according to the specialized certification scheme “Health First”.
• We implement an ongoing training program for all our staff on the health protocols.
• We provide all the necessary resources, both human and technical, to ensure the smooth, unhindered, and effective implementation of health and safety protocols.
• We have revised and intensified all our Cleaning and Disinfection Protocols, based on updated risk assessments for each Department.
• We ensure a technologically suitable and safe work environment for the company’s staff, satisfying the requirements of current legislation.
• We make certain that every member of our staff complies strictly with all health rules and the protective measures against COVID-19.
